Hello there!, I’m Alejandro Cabrera, 3d generalist focused in technical subjects on the field, I’ve participated in projects for Apple, Bosch as lighting artist and I have worked as 3d modeller for a movie in 2013, in collaboration with other countries.
My main focus is technical animation, look-dev, shading, lighting, rendering and procedural texturing, I also have experience in hard-surface modelling, grooming, rigging. My main tools are Maya, Houdini, Substance Designer, Katana, Arnold, V-Ray, Yeti and Nuke, everything that has scripting and procedural workflows!.
I have a technical background and I like programming!, I studied systems engineering, and my favorite languages are C++, python, and lately VEX in Houdini. I also have extensive experience working and troubleshooting Linux environments.
